Free 16 KB checker for your APK or AAB
Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded and nothing leaves your device: the file is read locally and only an anonymous result bucket and a count of failing files are sent to our analytics, never file names or contents.
Drop an .apk, .aab or a single .so. We list every arm64-v8a / x86_64 library, check that all PT_LOAD segments are aligned to at least 16384 bytes, and for an APK also that stored (uncompressed) libraries start on a 16 KB zip boundary. Same rules and verdicts as check16k.py.
The paid kit ($12, v2.1) contains the complete measured fix map for all 80+ libraries as JSON and a table, every raw per-version measurement, the spot-check evidence, and the CI checker. This page and the checker script stay free.

Why it matters
Updates targeting Android 15+ are blocked from 2027-02-01 if not 16 KB compatible (deadline sources; Google's page-size guide).
A pass here means the files we measured look compatible. It is not a Play guarantee and is not a full 16 KB audit (RELRO, bundle config and runtime behaviour are not checked). The in-browser checker does not read zip64 archives; use check16k.py for those.
